Abstract：
一种预测个性化体外反搏血流动力学效应的仿真方法，属于血流动力学建模领域。本发明包括以下步骤：基于三参数windkessel理论建立血液循环系统零维集中参数模型；基于患者真实血流动力学参数，开发优化算法实现集中参数模型的个性化；利用个性化模型模拟不同反搏模式下患者的体外反搏血流动力学效应，计算血流动力学指标，从而实现个性化体外反搏血流动力学效应的预测。
