本发明公开了一种钕钐掺杂NiO/MgO复合物负载铂催化剂制备方法和应用。该催化剂的制备是在分散剂和表面活性剂的调节下,硝酸镍浸渍氧化镁制备出NiO/MgO复合物,通过NiO/MgO、稀土复合物及介孔碳共混掺杂稀土,再通过沉积沉淀法和氢气还原负载贵金属铂,制备出高比表面积(100~130m2/g)和热稳定性高(>650℃)的钕钐掺杂镍镁复合物负载铂催化剂Pt/Nd‑Sm/NiO/MgO。本发明制备的催化剂对高空速(60, 000h‑1~100, 000h‑1)和低浓度苯(500ppm~1000ppm)和甲醛(50ppm~100ppm)具有较高的消除效率。本发明制备催化剂具有原材料廉价、催化剂制备工艺简单、实用性强,完全消除VOCs温度低、效率高、无二次污染等优点。
