Abstract:

一种提高包埋异养硝化好氧反硝化细菌活性微球的制备方法,属于细菌固定化和微生物脱氮技术领域。通过群体淬灭剂提高异养硝化好氧反硝化活性。设计了一种核壳结构的包埋微珠,以聚合物制备群体淬灭剂释放内核,以海藻酸钠与聚乙烯醇制备细菌包埋壳层,内核可以长期缓释群体淬灭剂。核壳结构的包埋微珠,解除了异养硝化好氧反硝化细菌的群体感应系统对反硝化酶活性的抑制作用,提高了硝态氮的去除率与去除速率,减少了亚氮积累。本发明中微球制备步骤简单,可以长期使用,材料没有生物危害性,在水处理领域具有广泛的应用前景。
