提供一种主碳链延长的醇胺的合成及应用，属于化工建材领域。 在催化剂作用下，叔胺经两步取代反应、水解反应和还原反应得到新型醇胺(NAA)。 所提供的新型醇胺在作为水泥助磨剂添加到水泥中时，可以具有比三乙醇胺更好的助磨效果，因此具有广泛的应用前景。
