Abstract:

本发明涉及一种基于激光选区熔化成形轻量化外加弧态阻尼梁式被动减隔振晶格结构。每个晶格胞元包括四个体心立方的直杆件和36个弧态阻尼梁杆件,每个弧态阻尼梁杆件在立方体斜对角面内放置,两端与体心立方的直杆件相连接。最外层弧态阻尼梁杆件的外径端点位于体心立方的直杆件的四分之一点处, 且外径与立方体表面相切;中层弧态阻尼梁的两端与外层弧态阻尼梁相接,其内径与体心立方的直杆件表面相切;内层弧态梁的外径经过中层弧态梁的中心线,两端位于体心立方的直杆件的十六分点处。该结构的弧态阻尼梁可以通过形变来减少振动的传递, 结点处的形变和阻尼梁的形变可以吸收振动的机械能量,具有良好的减隔振性能。
