Abstract:

一种用于神经退行性疾病早期诊断的金络合物探针的制备与应用,涉及神经退行性疾病的早期诊断探针领域。将所述金盐溶液与含有巯基的神经退行性疾病靶标蛋白结合肽混合,形成混合液;在一定温度及pH条件下,使所述混合液体系发生还原反应,将高价Au离子还原为Au原子或一价Au离子,Au通过作用于结合肽的巯基,形成加合物AuD;本发明的AuD络合物可特异性靶相结合神经退行性疾病靶标蛋白,利用络合物本身的荧光和类酶催化活性,进行靶标蛋白的半定量快速检测,再通过金元素的质谱定量进行靶标分子的精确定量分析,从而实现神经退行性疾病的早期多模态诊断。
