Abstract:

本发明提供一种再拉法制备柔性玻璃的方法。所述方法包括:原片玻璃竖直向下入料,依次经预热和软化,当软化后玻璃黏度达到104.5dPa·s~105.5dPa·s时,在自身重力和牵引力下进行拉制展薄,制得柔性玻璃。本发明制备的柔性玻璃的板宽收缩率稳定控制在32.2%~45.3%,有利于获得更大尺寸的柔性玻璃,并且制得的柔性玻璃的厚度为25μm~75μm,厚度偏差在5μm以内,表面粗糙度Ra小于0.050μm,表面质量良好。本发明方法设备投资小,生产场地空间小,易于推广应用。
