Abstract:

本发明公开了一种高掺量废液晶玻璃再生制造耐热玻璃及制造方法,按质量百分比计,耐热玻璃的化学组成包括:SiO2 64.00~69.85%,B2O3 9.60~14.69%,Al2O3 10.05~11.72%,Na2O 1~3%,MgO 1.05~1.22%,CaO 3.71~4.33%,BaO 0.26~0.31%,SrO 2.14~2.49%,其它0.22~0.26%,其它包括但不限于Sb2O3、SnO2、CeO2、MoO3、ZnO、ZrO2;按质量百分比计,耐热玻璃的原料包括:60%~70%的废液晶玻璃和30~40%的外加补充调节物质,外加补充调节物质包括硼砂、硼酸、硼矸、纯碱、石英砂中的一种或多种。本发明既能实现废液晶玻璃的高掺量再生利用,又能产生可观的经济效益,实现废液晶玻璃的高值化再生利用。
