Abstract:

一种压电能量收集用兼具高和热稳定压电性能的陶瓷材料及制备,属于压电陶瓷材料领域。该材料组成为xPb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3‑(1‑x)Pb(HfyTi(1‑y))O3,x为0.05~0.20, y为0.45~0.50。采用高温固相反应法制备,首先将ZnO和Nb2O5煅烧合成ZnNb2O6,再加入其它原料,采用湿磨、烘干、煅烧、造粒、压制成型、烧结步骤。本发明提供的压电陶瓷材料在宽温区内同时具有高的压电常数和优异的温度稳定性,以及稳定的发电能力,可满足压电能量收集器在宽温区或高温下的应用要求,具有显著的社会意义和应用价值。
