Abstract:

本发明涉及一种从含Mo废料中回收Mo的萃取剂及其方法,包含胺类有机试剂、P204和稀释剂,所述胺类有机试剂为N1923和/或TOA。本发明通过添加胺类有机试剂N1923/TOA,与P204形成协同萃取体系,并以正庚烷为稀释剂,对Mo协同萃取,提高了单一酸性萃取剂P204对Mo的萃取率。采用钠化焙烧‑酸浸对方法高效浸出废加氢催化剂中的金属Mo,具有Mo回收效率高,操作简单,生产效率高特点。
