Abstract:

本发明涉及一种含铁锰氧化物的海藻酸钠‑壳聚糖复合凝胶微球吸附除砷材料及其制备方法,借鉴生物及医疗领域制备海藻酸钠‑壳聚糖复合凝胶的思路,将海藻酸钠,壳聚糖用去离子水溶解后加入质量分数为2%的稀盐酸作为静电相互作用的引发剂,和经过研磨过筛的除铁除锰反冲洗泥废料混合溶解,超声分散,用蠕动泵滴入CaCl2溶液中,制备粒径约2mm的含铁锰氧化物的海藻酸钠‑壳聚糖复合凝胶微球。经过交联和静电相互作用形成的复合凝胶微球具有较高的抗压强度和稳定性,便于保存,砷去除率达70%以上。本发明解决了现有除砷材料机抗压强度低,稳定性差的缺陷,同时将废弃的粉末态铁锰泥再利用,制成颗粒态(复合凝胶微球)吸附剂,便于吸附除砷后与水体分离。
