本发明涉及药物制备领域,尤其涉及一种低氧双靶向性AGT抑制剂偶联物及其制备方法与应用。所述低氧双靶向性AGT抑制剂偶联物包括:经由低氧响应性基团相互偶联的AGT抑制剂和与肿瘤细胞表面过表达的CD44受体特异性结合的亲水性高分子材料。本发明的两亲性的低氧双靶向性AGT抑制剂偶联物可通过自组装形成纳米载体,用于包载抗肿瘤药物并将其靶向性递送至肿瘤区域,在低氧环境中释放药物,从而发挥靶向抗肿瘤作用,同时具有抗耐药性和良好的水溶性。
