Abstract:

本发明的塔式铁碳微电解‑硝化污泥脱氮装置,包括塔身、进水设备、碱度投加装置、曝气装置、出水口和出气口,塔身的内部空腔中设置有多层污水处理层;每层污水处理层由从下至上依次设置的支座、承托层和颗粒污泥层组成。本发明的污水处理方法,包括:a).进水和布水;b).硝化反应;c).硝氮还原反应;d).pH调节;e).气体的逸出;f).污水后续处理。本发明的塔式铁碳微电解‑硝化污泥脱氮装置,为塔状结构,占地面积较小、抗冲击负荷,不需要搅拌装置节省了电能,还克服了传统塔式生物滤池只能进行好氧反应的弊端,而且微电解的原理反应,速率较一般生物化学反应速率快。
