Abstract:

一种铁掺杂类石墨相氮化碳/石墨烯多功能纳米复合材料的制备方法,属于水处理领域。将尿素和六水合氯化铁溶解于无水乙醇中,搅拌蒸发后得到初级复合物;在马弗炉中进行一次煅烧,降温研磨清洗;然后置于管式炉中,进行二次煅烧热剥离,得到铁掺杂类石墨相氮化碳纳米复合物;将所得铁掺杂类石墨相氮化碳纳米复合物与经超声分散的石墨烯乙醇溶液进行水热反应,然后烘干研磨后得到铁掺杂类石墨相氮化碳/石墨烯多功能纳米复合材料。本发明还公开上述制备方法制备所得复合材料及其相关应用方法。本发明制得铁掺杂类石墨相氮化碳/石墨烯多功能纳米复合材料降低了光生电子‑空穴复合率,提高光响应能力,具有显著类芬顿氧化/可见光光催化氧化的协同降解作用。
