Abstract:
发明了一种低徐变型高效聚羧酸减水剂,并详细公开了其配方及合成工艺。低徐变型高效聚羧酸减水剂按照重量份计,包括双端不饱和醚类大单体30‑60份、不饱和胺类单体20‑40份、不饱和硅胺类单体20‑40份、不饱和小单体5‑15份、还原剂0.01‑1份、氧化剂0.01‑1份、链转移剂1‑5份、催化剂1‑5份、水200‑300份。制备方法为:(1)制备双端不饱和醚类大单体;(2)制备不饱和胺类单体;(3)制备不饱和硅胺类单体;(4)制备减水剂。本发明的减水剂具有减水率高、适用性强且能降低混凝土徐变等优点。
