Abstract:

本发明公开了一种全波段、多维度可调谐的全光纤体制微波信号产生方法。可调谐光路实现在数百GHz范围内连续的宽带光频梳,与本振光合束后进行光电转换,产生全波段覆盖的微波信号。突破当前电光调制器件带宽不够的限制,为全波段微波信号发射应用领域提供光源支撑。通过压电陶瓷器件(PZT)实现激光中心波长的快速调节,不包括空间器件及大量的电学器件,有利于实现系统的小型化和便携化。所有器件可以拆卸维护,具有调整方便,功率监测,结构紧凑,使用方便灵活的特点。
