Abstract：
本发明公开了一种用于恢复TBI损伤后脑功能的氢分子治疗剂，所述治疗剂由氢气和氧气组成所述氢气体积百分比浓度为5％‑95％，氧气体积百分比浓度为5％‑95％，该治疗剂通过吸入给药可以减轻TBI后脑组织及外周系统神经炎症反应发挥神经保护作用，表现为外周血中白细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、中性粒细胞以及小胶质细胞均有不同程度的降低，同时CD16阳性细胞减少，CD206阳性细胞进一步增多，并通过促进小胶质细胞M1‑to‑M2表型转化发挥其神经保护和治疗作用。
