Abstract:

一种原位测量激光焊接羽辉中微粒运动速度的方法,属于激光焊接技术领域。本发明的特征在于:在激光焊接中,探测激光束穿过羽辉后,部分光被羽辉中微粒反射回探测激光腔内产生自混合效应。根据探测激光器的电压自混合干涉信号,可获得被测微粒的尺寸和微粒经过探测激光斑的信号时间,利用被测微粒尺寸与信号时间之比即可为微粒的运动速度。本发明具有系统结构简单、体积小、易于调节、无需外部干涉、不受探测激光功率波动影响、成本低廉等优点,能够原位实时测量不同位置处羽辉中微粒的运动速度等特征。
