Abstract:

本发明公开了一种从废NbTaZr合金中回收铌的方法,包括:将废NbTaZr合金氧化焙烧后碱浸处理,固液分离后取滤液,加酸调节pH为2‑5,二次固液分离后得到铌酸沉淀;碱浸处理为高温高压碱浸处理,在140‑230℃和0.3‑2.8Mpa处理2‑8h,优选采用浓度为5‑8mol/L的KOH溶液,且固液质量比为1:2‑5。本发明所提供的方法,使用KOH溶液处理NbTaZr合金废粉,克服了传统方法HF酸消耗量大、环境污染严重和浸出率低等缺陷,削减了F‑的污染,且提高了废料中Nb的回收率;实现了资源的循环利用,其操作简单,设备投资成本低,无废气和废水排放,实际意义重大,应用前景广阔。
