Abstract:

一种强化去除水中腐殖酸并缓解污染的多壁碳纳米管低压膜制备方法属于纳米材料与水处理技术的交叉领域。本发明通过PEG与多壁碳纳米管的共混超声对多壁碳纳米管进行非共价改性,进而通过真空抽滤法制备多壁碳纳米管低压膜。采用PEG非共价改性后的多壁碳纳米管制备的低压膜,能够有效提高水中腐殖酸的去除,并能够显著提高膜的抗污染性能。与普通的0.01μm PVDF超滤膜相比,本发明对腐殖酸的去除提高了近50%,有效缓解了以腐殖酸为代表的腐殖质类有机物和以牛血清蛋白为代表的生物大分子物质产生的膜污染问题,在改善出水水质的同时,延长了膜的使用寿命。本方法操作简单可行,易于实现。
