Abstract:

一种基于小裂纹扩展的搅拌摩擦焊构件疲劳寿命预测方法,属于机械结构疲劳诊断分析技术领域。制备骨状平板试样,在接头不同区域进行不同应力加载及不同应力比下的疲劳小裂纹扩展复型试验,用割线法计算小裂纹扩展速率;采用New‑Raju模型计算接头小裂纹应力强度因子范围;测量接头不同区域断口形貌中的疲劳裂纹扩展区半圆弧状的深度方向c值和宽度方向a/2值,计算裂纹深长比2c/a;绘制裂纹扩展速率随应力强度因子范围变化的曲线;计算有效应力强度因子;确定小裂纹扩展速率公式;确定初始裂纹尺寸a0和临界裂纹尺寸ac;对小裂纹扩展速率公式进行积分,得到焊接构件的疲劳寿命。该方案能够更简单、准确地预测搅拌摩擦焊构件的疲劳寿命。
