Abstract:

一种用于金属微纳结构组装的金银合金纳米颗粒的制备与应用,属于材料化学技术领域,将硝酸银与季铵盐的有机溶液混合后搅拌,并加入质子酸水溶液,随后加入氯金酸、烷基硫醇,搅拌并加热至30‑40℃,然后用硼氢化钠还原,再经过8‑24h的组装,获得不同金、银原子比例的直径3‑4nm的金银合金纳米颗粒。该季铵盐、质子酸、贵金属盐、烷基硫醇、硼氢化钠的摩尔比为2‑3 : 3‑4 : 1 : 2‑4 : 6‑10,其中贵金属盐由硝酸银、氯金酸组成,二者比例任意。该金银合金纳米颗粒的制备工艺简单,制备效率高,环境危害小;该合金纳米颗粒在有机溶剂中具有良好的溶解性,能够应用功能性金属微纳结构的溶液法组装。
