Abstract:

本发明提供了铝锰共柱撑蒙脱石负载Ce‑Cu(或Eu‑Ce)复合催化剂的制备方法和应用。铝锰共柱撑蒙脱石载体的制备是将酸化蒙脱石与羟基铝锰溶液混合搅拌,使羟基铝锰溶液进入酸化蒙脱石层与层之间,再通过煅烧制得的铝锰共柱撑蒙脱石载体;然后通过硝酸铜和硝酸铈(或硝酸铕和硝酸铈)混合溶液与铝锰共柱撑蒙脱石载体混合搅拌1~4小时、旋转蒸发干燥,焙烧制得铝锰共柱撑蒙脱石负载Ce‑Cu(或Eu‑Ce)复合催化剂。本发明催化剂具有大的比表面积、有序的铝锰柱撑结构;该催化剂用于低温催化还原去除氮氧化物,具有极高的效率和稳定性。并且该催化剂在100℃~300℃,在100小时内保持NO初始转化率。本发明催化剂制备原料廉价过程简单。
