Abstract:

本发明提出了一种基于液压泵和回收制动能量的氢气加压装置及其控制方法。本发明针对低压氢罐无法为缸内直喷氢内燃机供给高压氢气的难题和高压氢气缓冲槽的供氢续航问题;当高压氢气缓冲槽的剩余氢气压力低于缸内直喷氢内燃机所需的供氢压力时,将低压氢罐储存的氢气引入隔膜式蓄能器,通过隔膜式蓄能器将低压氢罐储存的氢气加压至缸内直喷氢内燃机所需的供氢压力;加压后的氢气推开单向阀进入高压氢气缓冲槽,通过高压氢气缓冲槽为缸内直喷氢内燃机供给高压氢气,实现了低压氢罐为缸内直喷氢内燃机供给高压氢气,确保了高压氢气缓冲槽的供氢续航。本发明通过电控单元的控制实现了基于液压泵和回收制动能量的氢气加压装置系统的稳定运行。
