Abstract:

一种采用自适应内部支撑结构的3D打印方法,包括以下步骤 : S1.从参考生物结构图像中提取图像,以获得用作3D模型的内部支撑结构的多个层图像的多层网格纹理; S2 : 逐层分离模型的多层结构,对每层进行二值化和镂空处理,得到多幅图像; S3-将步骤S1中获得的各层图像与步骤S2中获得的相应图像合并,以获得多个最终切片层结构; S4 : 根据强度要求确定每个切片层中支撑结构的支撑区域; S5 : 对模型进行分析,进行自适应结构设计,调整其强度材料比; 和S6-通过使用3D重建算法恢复模型并打印模型。
