Abstract:

纤维网格增强混杂纤维高强和高延性水泥基复合材料检查井井盖及制备,属于纤维网格增强水泥基复合材料制品工程应用技术领域。井盖采用水泥基复合材料和纤维网格的复合结构,其中双向碳纤维、耐碱玻璃纤维等网格作为受力筋材料,高强度高延性混杂纤维水泥基复合材料作为基体。纤维网格多层布置在靠近井盖底部,保护层2‑4mm。井盖沿径向有6条分散性肋,等角度布置;环向有1个肋圈,位置在距离井盖中心400mm处;每个分散性肋和环向肋内部中心配置1根直径12‑16mm的碳纤维筋。当井盖制作完成后,在85度蒸汽中养护55‑80h。井盖的抗车辆疲劳荷载、冲击荷载分别比铸铁井盖提高341%和284%。
