Abstract:

一种应用于激光选区熔化成型的高性能Al‑Si‑Mg合金,属于增材制造专用材料领域。为合金粉末,成分质量百分比为:Si:5.00‑8.00wt%,Mg:0.50‑0.80wt%,Er:0‑0.85wt%,Zr:0‑0.50wt%,其余为Al及一些不可避免的杂质。在氩气保护气氛下进行激光选区熔化成型,成型参数分别为:激光功率200~400W,扫描速度900~1600mm/s,扫描间距为130μm,层厚为20~60μm,基板预热温度150℃,扫描方式为条带状扫描,相邻层间扫描旋转67°。改善SLM成型后铝合金的综合力学性能。
