Abstract:

本发明公开了基于反射式太赫兹时域光谱的复合材料自参考光学参数测量方法以材料前表面反射信号作为参考信号,后表面反射信号作为样品信号,分别对参考信号和样品信号进行傅里叶变换,进行滤波降噪后,获取传递函数。利用理论传递函数推导出折射率、消光系数和吸收系数的精确解,进而通过近似传递函数复折射率虚部得到折射率、消光系数和吸收系数的近似解。计算得到折射率、消光系数和吸收系数的初值,设置近似解与精确解的最小误差,将初值带入迭代算法中直到近似解与精确解达到最小误差即可输出最佳折射率、消光系数和吸收系数,可以减小由于多次实验而造成的噪声叠加。
