Abstract:

一种粉末材料超快激光吸收率的测量方法,属于超快激光增材制造领域。本发明首次提出了超快激光吸收率测试所必要的超快激光辐照下粉末材料随温度变化的比热容的测试方法,与超快激光作用下粉末材料的温度变化率与温度的函数关系的分段拟合方法,可以实现超快激光作用下粉末材料吸收率的精确测量。该方法适用范围广,测量精度高,适用于各种粉末材料超快激光吸收率的实际测量,填补了粉末材料超快激光吸收率测试的技术空白,为工程实践和科学研究提供宝贵的基础数据。
