Abstract：
一种提高镍渣早期活性指数的外加剂及其制备方法，属于外加剂技术领域。在反应釜中依次加入顺丁烯二酸酐和三乙醇胺，设置反应温度加热至50℃，反应过程中放出大量的热，待其反应放热后反应温度降至60℃时，将三乙醇胺马来酸酯与溴的四氯化碳溶液反应，加入水，其中加入水的质量百分含量为60％，然后把四氯化碳从水中分离除去，搅拌均匀后得到所述外加剂。顺丁烯二酸酐、三乙醇胺、溴的摩尔比为(0.2‑1)：1：(0.2‑1)，其中顺丁烯二酸酐：溴的摩尔比＝1 : 1。在掺加量为镍渣质量的0.02％时，可提高镍渣7d活性指数22％‑29％。
