Abstract:
用于SERS微腔结构的制备装置,属于等离激元纳米光子器件技术领域。用于在空芯光纤内壁实现三维SERS的自动加工,控制激发光垂直于空心光纤长轴聚焦在外壁,通过控制电机的直进与旋转可以控制激光对空心光纤内壁上金属薄膜的加工路径,实现在空心光纤内壁组装较长的连续均匀的金属等离激元微纳结构。通过柔性材料的连接及刚性板材上双同心孔的限位,可实现光纤的同轴转动,保证激光加工的均匀性。
