Abstract:

本发明公开了用于油田地面注水复合管线的内衬结构,主要由钢管线、带颈对焊凹法兰、内衬管、翻边内衬、限位环、聚四氟乙烯密封环及螺栓紧固件组成,其中将外径稍大于钢管内壁的内衬管采用等径压缩技术将其嵌入钢管内壁,连接处内衬采用高温压缩装置将其压制成法兰形状,同带颈对焊法兰端面紧紧贴合。翻边内衬厚度较法兰凹槽深度小,将聚四氟乙烯密封环嵌入到凹槽内,保证在螺栓预紧力的作用下内衬同密封环共同压紧密封。最后将限位环一端焊接在法兰端面,在螺栓预紧力的作用下,限位环另一端同另一侧的法兰端面贴合,对内衬连接结构进行锁紧、定位及密封,大大提高了管线的整体力学性能,降低了经济成本,解决了环境污染问题。
