Abstract：
一种PCB焚烧灰的预处理及溴素回收方法，涉及全湿法综合回收有价金属领域，尤其涉及一种PCB焚烧灰预处理过程中有价金属及溴素回收，贵金属富集的方法。 主要步骤包括碱浸，铜萃取反萃，中和-沉淀分离，溴蒸发结晶，再生，酸洗，锌蒸发结晶，除锌，除铜。 与传统的灰分综合回收工艺相比， 本发明能最大限度地从灰分中分离溴，回收铜，锌，铅等有价金属，同时富集银等贵金属有利于后续贵金属的回收。 具有较高的附加值，无尾矿排放。
