Abstract:

本实用新型公开一种数十兆赫兹窄线宽可调谐纳秒紫外激光器,包括:窄线宽光纤种子源,光纤放大器和频率变换器, 所述窄线宽光纤种子源为光纤耦合的半导体激光器,用于产生特定线宽和脉宽的激光信号,所述激光信号的线宽为几十MHz,所述激光信号的脉宽20ns‑200ns;所述光纤放大器包括五级光纤预放大器和光纤主放大器,所述光纤主放大器为超大模场直径的增益光纤;所述频率变换器为非线性倍频晶体级联组成的倍频模块,用于将窄线宽纳秒全光纤激光进行4倍频得到波长为266nm的深紫外激光。本实用新型体积小巧、结构稳定、光束质量好,光光转换效率高,重频和脉宽易调谐,能够应用于多种场合。
