Abstract:

本发明涉及一种基于LBP和SSA的脑电信号特征提取方法,属于模式识别和生物信息学领域。 首先对原始的N通道脑电信号进行预处理,包括去除伪影和滤波; 然后,利用固定长度的滑动窗口对每个预处理后的脑电数据进行分割,得到总共S个N通道子信号,然后对S个子信号进行LBP编码; 然后利用奇异谱分析方法对N通道的S个LBP信号进行分解和重构,将每个信号的每一路数据分解为F个子带信号。 然后,根据每段N通道信号的分解结果,计算每一频段的电极相关矩阵,形成特征矩阵; 最后,将所有样本的特征矩阵发送给分类器,得到分类结果。 本发明利用采样点进行特征提取,利用SSA实现脑电信号的分解和重构,从而提取出代表性特征。 1/2位数原始脑电信号预处理分割LBP编码特征提取结构特征分类图120 15 10- 6\A0PEP0-P5012345678910111213141516171819202122232425采样点图2
