Abstract:

低C/N比城市生活污水内源硝化反硝化/短程硝化厌氧氨氧化生物膜工艺与装置,属于污水生物处理领域。生活污水首先进入SBR1,进行缺氧搅拌,充分利用原水中的碳源进行反硝化,将上一周期剩余的NO3‑和NO2‑还原为N2,同时将多余有机物吸收储存为内碳源,之后进行曝气,同时进行好氧吸磷;然后将含有NH4+‑N上清液通过第一蠕动泵抽入SBR2,通过间歇曝气间歇搅拌的方式进行短程硝化和厌氧氨氧化反应去除上清液剩余NH4+‑N,直到SBR2中剩余NH4+都被氧化为NO2‑,之后将SBR2中上清液通过第二蠕动泵排入SBR1中,进行缺氧搅拌,利用内碳源反硝化剩余的NO3‑和NO2‑,最后排水。本发明无需外加碳源实现深度脱氮除磷,具有稳定,节能和剩余污泥处理量少以及耐冲击负荷等优势。
