Abstract:

本发明提供一种基于空芯反谐振光纤的气体检测系统,包括激光器、第一气体腔、空芯反谐振光纤、第二气体腔、光谱仪和数据处理装置;所述空芯反谐振光纤的两端分别与所述第一气体腔、第二气体腔连通;所述第一气体腔、第二气体腔用于向空芯反谐振光纤中注入待检测气体;所述激光器用于向空芯反谐振光纤中输入检测用激光;所述光谱仪用于测量待检测气体产生的拉曼散射光,所述数据处理装置用于对拉曼光谱进行处理,分析待检测气体的成分和浓度。空芯反谐振光纤具有传输损耗低、传输带宽宽、弯曲损耗小、损伤阈值高和保持单模传输的特点,降低拉曼散射的阈值,可以使用较低功率的泵浦光,就能够对微量气体的成分和浓度进行检测。
