Abstract:

本发明公开了一种皮秒-纳秒激光复合异步陶瓷抛光方法。 首先,使用皮秒激光器沿扫描路径扫描并照射陶瓷表面。 同时,陶瓷表面最初被平坦化,并且材料的电子态被皮秒激光去除,以产生微纳米粒子。 微纳米粒子以电离状态存在于被辐照陶瓷表面的相邻空间区域中。 然后,依预定时间使用低能量密度纳秒激光照射熔化这些微纳米粒子,可轻易地形成致密且光滑的细晶熔化层,以达到研磨的效果。 本发明解决了传统激光抛光工艺中产生微裂纹和气孔的问题。 它克服了传统激光抛光热影响区大,表面易产生微裂纹和气孔等缺点,实现了高效,高精度的亚微米级精细抛光,材料去除量极低。
