Abstract:

本发明公开了一种全向型磁集中器式兰姆波电磁声换能器,该换能器器包括圆柱形钕铁硼磁铁、磁集中器、圆形阵列式回折线圈。将柔性电路板中的多簇圆形回折线圈放置在待测铝板表面,磁集中器与钕铁硼磁铁吸合后放置在回折线圈正上方。基于洛伦兹力效应,实现板结构中全向型S0模态导波的激励。通过试验验证了所研制的阵列式全向型磁集中器式兰姆波电磁声换能器可在铝板中激励出单一的S0模态导波;通过全向性测试实验,验证了所研制的全向型磁集中器式兰姆波电磁声换能器可激励出沿360°方向传播S0导波;通过缺陷检测实验,验证了全向型磁集中器式兰姆波电磁声换能器能够有效地减少缺陷信号的分析难度以及误差。
