Abstract:

一种从低温冷冻和微波联合预处理污泥上清液中回收磷的方法,属于城市污水污泥处理技术领域。针对剩余污泥中磷酸盐难释放到上清液中的情况,本方法采用低温冷冻和微波联合预处理的方式,将剩余污泥中的磷酸盐浓度大幅提高。当剩余污泥在‑20℃条件下冷冻23h,然后用浓度为3mol/L的盐酸将冷冻消融之后的污泥溶液pH值调为4,放入功率为700W,频率为2450MHz的微波炉中先微波30s然后停30s以此反复持续微波5min,磷酸盐最高浓度可达到280±50mg/L,最后将离心获得的上清液在pH为9.5,Mg : P摩尔比为1.8,搅拌转数为200r/min的条件下反应20min,沉淀50min可大幅提高磷回收的效率。本发明经济、简单、可靠。
