Abstract:

本发明提供悬吊式超声波—低频振动联合清洗方法与装置,令悬吊的清洗槽在受迫振动下发生液面随机变化,抑制清洗液内超声波驻波对清洗的负面影响。装置包括超声部分、低频振动部分、悬吊清洗槽,提供2组低频信号,经功率放大器分别激励固定于2组清洗槽侧壁外的低频振动换能器,激发2组相对竖直侧壁共振,低频振动的差频振动引发液体晃动,令清洗液不稳定晃动、液面混乱波动和破碎,液面随机反射超声波以扰乱清洗液内超声波驻波位置,令清洗均匀并延长被清洗物寿命。侧壁共振时清洗液喷溅并形成侧壁‑顶盖‑清洗液的回流,兼有驱除清洗槽内气泡的作用,且条件适当时能省略1组低频振动。本发明具易实现、绿色清洁、成本低、硬件兼容性强的特点。
