Abstract:

本发明公开了一种对称悬臂式自适应调频金属硅胶吸振装置,包括金属硅胶悬臂梁、步进电机、丝杠导轨、滑台悬臂支撑、电机固支架、硅胶紧固支架及外部框架;吸振装置经由外部框架与振动设备连接;步进电机通过电机紧固支架与外框架固定,且丝杠和导轨关于电机对称;金属硅胶梁通过硅胶紧固支架与电机固定,且硅胶梁关于硅胶紧固支架对称;丝杠导轨与金属硅胶梁通过滑台悬臂支撑连接,且滑台悬臂支撑关于电机对称放置。吸振装置可通过步进电机接收传感器信号实现悬臂长度自调节,从而调节悬臂梁固有频率,同时,由于硅胶梁的低频特性,使得吸振装置能够实现低频段内的自适应吸振。本发明能大大减低调频工作,同时具有调频精准、快捷、稳定的特点。
