Abstract:

一种基于激光内雕微加工的微流控芯片制备方法,属于微流控制作技术领域。基片包括三层结构:透明盖片‑聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯‑透明底片,所述中间层聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA),是指由配制旋涂用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯胶,用涂胶机在圆形玻璃底片上均匀甩涂一定厚度聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯胶固化后制成。将准分子激光聚焦至基片的PMMA层,按照设计图案驱动光斑移动进行微通道刻蚀。同时用真空泵和专用吸嘴,把刻蚀后的粉末抽吸干净,最终将基片加工形成微流控芯片。本发明通过预键合和激光直写技术,快速灵活地加工微流控芯片,从而能提高芯片加工质量,缩短芯片加工周期,并提高加工精度。
