Abstract:

一种基于单螺杆膨胀机的卡琳娜循环系统,涉及低温余热利用技术领域。该系统包括蒸发器、分离器、透平膨胀机、回热器、单螺杆膨胀机、吸收器、冷凝器和工质泵等。氨水混合工质在蒸发器和回热器加热至沸腾汽化,并在分离器中分离出贫氨水饱和液体和富氨水饱和气体,液态工质和气态工质分别进入单螺杆膨胀机、透平膨胀机,然后驱动发电机进行发电,之后两个工质混合在冷凝器冷凝后经工质泵重新增压到蒸发器与回热器进行循环。该系统可以利用工业中的烟气余热和太阳能等低品位热源作驱动,回收因节流过程损失的膨胀功,可以有效的提高能源利用率。
