Abstract:

本发明公开了一种应用人工神经元网络的模锻工艺智能决策方法,根据实际的模锻锻造工艺,采用模锻件的锻件信息作为工艺决策的依据,对锻件的工艺参数、坯料参数等进行智能决策。采用水平正交试验的方法确定不同种类及规格模锻件最佳的工艺参数、坯料参数,并将确定的实验数据作为决策模型训练和测试的样本数据。应用人工神经元网络设计了智能工艺决策模型,输入为锻件信息,输出为锻件工艺参数、坯料参数,采用单层隐含层,同时将LM(Levenberg‑Marquardt)算法与贝叶斯算法相结合来提高网络的决策精度,并应用水平正交实验数据进行训练建立智能模锻工艺决策模型,并利用测试样本进行验证。对模锻工艺的智能决策提供了良好的思路。
