Abstract:

本发明涉及一种ZnO纳米线紫外探测器在N2气氛中的封装方法,涉及紫外探测技术和封装领域。 具体地说, 一种用于在N[2]气氛中用固定金属管座和带窗口的管帽封装ZnO纳米线紫外探测器的集成电路一次金属封装, 同时采用储能焊接工艺和改性溶液,保证了ZnO纳米线紫外探测器的高增益特性和封装器件的整体稳定性。 3-3/5将ZnO探测器固定在金属基板上,清洗金属基板,用能量改性Te封装金属管帽--管基板,金属导电器件储存焊接管基板胶,压焊工艺过程见图3。 本发明公开了一种N2气氛下ZnO纳米线紫外探测器封装工艺的流程图
