Abstract:

本发明为一种采用预拉伸复合双级时效工艺制备超高强镁合金的方法,是将热变形态镁合金在一定温度下进行预拉伸变形,控制变形量为0.5~20%;之后进行适当的双级时效处理,即经80~130℃保温0.25~20小时后水淬冷却,再将试样加热到140~250℃保温5~200小时,便可获得超高强镁合金。本发明所述方法在有效提高镁合金屈服强度的同时,尚能保证良好的塑性,设备要求简单、易操作;可制备出综合力学性能优异的镁合金,具有广泛的工业应用前景。
