Abstract:

本发明是针对微细柔性导线的夹持方法,包括控制模块、检测模块、固定与补偿模块、夹持模块。本发明实现了通过一个激光位移传感器对导线位置进行定点监测和另外两个呈90°相交的激光位移传感器进行偏心误差检测,通过二维平移台进行实时误差补偿和两组90°相交的夹持针构成的井字形微夹持器对空心杯转子线圈柔性微细导线的精确定位和精准夹持。与现有的该微细柔性导线的操作方法相比,本发明提出的微操作夹持方法具有低损伤性、高准确度、高可控性等优点,本发明中使用的微夹持器操作灵活、精度控制明显,具有较大的应用价值。
