本发明公开了结构疲劳裂纹方向检测用非线性超声混频方法,属于无损检测领域。该方法首先根据被测对象和非线性超声混频谐波条件,确定两基频波的模态、频率和入射角等检测参数;进行结构疲劳裂纹非线性超声混频检测;对各环形接收点处的检测信号进行连续小波变换,提取混频波的幅值,进行混频声场指向性分析;最后,根据反射混频波传播方向随疲劳裂纹方向的变化规律计算疲劳裂纹方向。
