Abstract:

增强拉曼散射光强的透明介电微球柔性薄膜的制备方法,属于光谱检测领域。包括如下步骤:配制透明介电微球悬浊液;将介电微球悬浊液滴涂在倾斜的玻璃片表面;待倾斜玻璃片上悬浊液中的溶剂蒸发后,形成微球单层密铺阵列结构;配制聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)溶液;将混合均匀的PDMS溶液滴涂于沉积了微球阵列的玻璃片上,并对其匀胶进行减薄;将覆盖了微球阵列及PDMS液态薄层的玻璃片进行加热并冷却到室温,使微球阵列镶嵌于PDMS薄膜中并固化;将微球薄膜与玻璃片剥离。本发明的柔性薄膜,能够贴附在多种样品表面,可实现半导体材料、一维和二维纳米材料、以及三维结构表面材料的拉曼散射增强。
